The main quality controls carried out during the production process are as follows:

• Raw material measurements and controls
• Customer orders and product specifications checking
• Analysis and control of colors, texts and Barcodes of the electronic models
• Check for the presence of imprinted sheets
• Print color control and semi-automatic adjustment
• Braille writing height control
• Check product dimensions
• Quality control of the configuration of semi-finished products
• Checking for the presence of foreign species / scraps
• Check functionality of finished products
• Checking the packaging of finished products
• Control of storage of raw materials / finished products for delivery

All checks carried out are recorded in the relevant control forms by the competent personnel and evaluated for each product prior to release. The company maintains a record of these forms and is able to communicate them to its customers upon request.

The finished products are packaged and stored in specially designed places with controlled temperature / humidity conditions that meet the requirements of proper storage, hygiene and safety. Finished products are transported by proprietary vehicles in accordance with international transport rules, in order to ensure their integrity and prompt delivery.
